I have an unusual entry considering some of my other reviews. I often have to eat dinner out while I’m at work and Smokes Poutinerie is very close to my work. They are also open late so sometimes I end up going after work too.
They have a large variety of toppings and this time I decided to try their Curry Chicken Poutine. This is fries and cheese curds with slow roasted chicken breast with spicy curry sauce. Their large is 8.99 but I felt that it was more than enough and didn’t even finish all of it.
It’s not the greatest “food” but they do have the best poutine around, I would go back, but not for a long time. I once had a very solidified poutine from there once and Victoria doesn’t like it much so for that reason I can’t give this place my full blessing.
I would give this about 2.5 out of 5 stars.
